A Special Sunday!

This last Sunday was a special day for me. It was the first time I have ever exhibited any of my quilting anywhere!

Fiber Arts Biennale is the current Exhibit at the Wisconsin Quilt Museum. Two of the quilts I have made and shown here are now hanging in this exhibit until October 18th.

It was very special to see my quilts hanging with so many other beautiful works, but also in this wonderful barn setting. It is a gorgeous facility.

I was there with loved ones who cheer me on – my supportive husband Frank, beautiful daughter Tori and dear friends Luanne and Debbie. Thank you!

So here in photos are highlights of the reception on Sunday. There was a wonderful turn out of artists and guests.

It was great fun to be in this space and see all the other works. Here are a few shots:

  1. I am totally in awe of this exhibit. So proud of my friend, Pam! She puts her heart and talent into each of her works, and it shows. Perhaps the last shot of the gentlemen contemplating this one gives him inspiration! Ya’ think?? A big congratulations to you, Pam Weiss.
